What's for sale

The core game is free. Optional in-app purchases are available in our mobile app: Fare packs, the Streak Freeze, the Season Ticket, and the Supporter unlock. This page explains how refunds work for them.

Who you buy from

On Android, in-app purchases are sold and processed by Google Play (Google LLC), the merchant of record. Google handles payment, taxes, receipts, and refunds; your payment confirmation and receipt come from Google Play.

Digital goods & your cancellation right

Purchases are digital content delivered instantly to your account. Under EU and UK consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase — but that right ends once delivery has begun with your agreement. At checkout you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, because the item is made available to your account right away, the 14-day cancellation right no longer applies once it has been delivered.

When we’ll still refund you

Beyond your statutory rights, we’ll refund in good faith when something goes wrong:

• ·the item wasn’t delivered, or your account didn’t receive what you paid for;
• ·you were charged twice or in error;
• ·the item is faulty or not as described.

Consumable items (things meant to be used up) are non-refundable once they’ve been used; unused packs can be refunded at our discretion. Reach out and we’ll make it right — we’d rather you were happy than hold a few pounds.

How to request a refund

For app purchases, request a refund through Google Play: open the Play Store, go to Payments & subscriptions → Budget & order history, pick the order and request a refund, or use Google’s refund form. You can also email support@mainline.build within 30 days with your Google Play order number and we can grant the refund from Play Console. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Contacting us first is usually faster than a card chargeback.
